Here at Gummy Sunnies we know accidents can sometimes happen. Kids are notorious for breaking the unbreakable and we never want you to be disappointed with your Gummy Sunnies.
If you break your Gummy Sunnies frames in the first 12 months from the purchase date we will replace them for you for free, you will just need to cover shipping costs.
If you happen to break them in the first 30 days we will even cover the shipping for you too.
If you have purchased online you simply need to send us your order number along with photos for proof of the damage.
(Coming Soon) If you have purchased in shop you will need to provide a picture of your original receipt as well as photos of the damaged frames.
